Qualifications

Lead Guides

• Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification
• Activity-specific certifications (e.g., SPI for climbing, swift water rescue for paddling)
• Three seasons of guiding experience in the relevant activity
• Must pass federal and state background checks
• Must be based in the greater Denver area

Assistant Guides

• Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification
• One season of guiding experience in the relevant activity
• Must pass federal and state background checks
• Must be based in the greater Denver area

Interns

• First Aid/CPR certification
• Must pass federal and state background checks
• Must be based in the greater Denver area
